For more than a decade, PC Simplicity has been a trusted name in computer repair and technology support throughout Prescott Valley, Arizona. What began as one man's commitment to helping people with their technology has grown into a lasting legacy of honest service, personal relationships, and community trust.

Throughout the years, PC Simplicity has experienced changes in leadership, but its foundation has remained the same: treat people right, provide quality service, and make technology simple.

Where It All Began: KC's Legacy

Established in 2014, PC Simplicity was founded by KC, a proud United States Marine Corps veteran with more than 15 years of computer repair experience.

KC believed that great technology support should be about more than fixing devices. It should be about listening to customers, providing honest answers, and treating every person with patience and respect. Through his knowledge, dedication, and genuine care for others, KC built a business that became a trusted part of the Prescott Valley community. Many customers came to know him personally, relying on his expertise and appreciating the extra effort he put into making things right.

Following KC's passing, the business he had worked so hard to establish was given the opportunity to continue serving the community he cared about.

The Next Chapter: John, Amber, and Family

After KC's passing, PC Simplicity entered a new chapter under the leadership of John and his wife, Amber.

John was no stranger to PC Simplicity or its customers. An Arizona native, he had worked alongside KC for years, serving as the shop's manager for nine years. His experience, familiarity with the business, and understanding of KC's approach to customer service made him a natural choice to carry the business forward. Together, John and Amber continued operating PC Simplicity as a locally owned, family-run computer repair shop. While John led the technical side of the business, Amber became a familiar and welcoming presence at the front of the shop, helping customers, answering questions, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Through their years of dedication, John and Amber helped preserve what made PC Simplicity special while adding their own personal touch. They continued building customer relationships, supporting the community, and keeping the spirit of KC's original business alive.

A New Chapter: Tuff Techies Takes Over Operations

In October 2026, PC Simplicity began another important chapter as Tuff Techies officially took over operations and welcomed PC Simplicity's customers into its growing local technology family. Like PC Simplicity, Tuff Techies was built on the belief that customers deserve honest recommendations, knowledgeable technicians, fair treatment, and dependable service.

With an experienced team, an expanding range of technology services, and more than 1,000 five-star customer reviews, Tuff Techies is proud to bring its resources and expertise to the next chapter of PC Simplicity's story.

This transition is about more than taking over a location, a name, or a customer base. It's about carrying forward a legacy that began with KC and continued through the years of dedication from John, Amber, and their family.

Our goal isn't to erase PC Simplicity's history. It's to honor it while ensuring its customers continue receiving exceptional technology support for years to come!
